In 2024, Maxwell Leadership launched High Capacity Leaders (HCL) The Year of Mentorship — the vision of Program Director Chad Johnson. Built on the legacy of John Maxwell, the world’s foremost voice in leadership, HCL provides an unparalleled mentorship experience for leaders who want to grow their capacity, expand their influence, and live out their calling with excellence.
