Three times a year, our entire mentorship community comes together for a powerful 24-hour immersion. From mentor-led keynotes and workshops to intimate roundtable discussions and networking, every moment is designed to push you forward. These flagship events are packed with actionable content you won’t find anywhere else—and the energy in the room will leave you fueled with fresh momentum, new connections, and clarity for the road ahead.

Four times a year, John delivers a 30-minute keynote tailored to the needs of our mentorship community, followed by live Q&A where you can engage directly. Over the course of the year, you’ll sit under the teaching of world-class thought leaders like Liz Bohannon, Ryan Leak, Valorie Burton, Rory Vaden, and more. Each session blends deep teaching with live interaction, giving you actionable strategies you can apply immediately. Whether the focus is storytelling, leadership, wellness, or scaling a business, every session is designed to move you further along your growth track and closer to your goals.

Once a month, you’ll step into the kind of conversation most leaders only wish they had access to. Each roundtable begins with mentor-driven insights, then moves into small peer groups for real, vulnerable discussion around challenges, ideas, and next steps. From launching first books to navigating faith challenges to scaling new ventures, these groups have a track record of sparking breakthrough.
